The Maltese Cultural Association of NSW Inc.The Maltese Cultural Association of NSW promotes Maltese culture and Australian-Maltese culture, the Maltese language, traditions and Maltese music. It promotes peace and harmony among associations, groups and the general community. It also promotes young talent in music, songs and stage. The MCA was founded in 1988, incorporated in 1995 and joined the Maltese Community Council of NSW in 1988 soon after its formation. The MCA supports morally and financially, the Maltese Language School of NSW, a division of The Maltese Community Council of NSW. The MCA is run by a committee of ten elected members, whose main aim is to uphold its traditions and look after the interest of its members and cooperate with other associated associations. During the year the MCA organizes functions among the Maltese community such as l’Imnarja, Musico/Literary Evenings and concerts.
